Sewing for friends

Last weekend was my friends little girls birthday. Her mama (my friend since middle school... Yeah a LONG time!) had mentioned she wanted a bow tie & tutu party... Totally cute! I offered my services for the bow ties (I'm kinda used to boy stuff now, despite the fact that girl stuff is SO fun!) 

I set off to make the 10 right away only because deadlines are stressful with a little one. I never really know how much time I will get in a given day. 

I loved the fabric my friend chose (little grey chevron by Riley Blake). I love the way the bow ties turned out. 

I added some homemade suspenders to his outfit because... Well, I try to have fun where I can with little boy fashion.
